My stay at Hilton Xi'An High-Tech Zone was a blend of nice experiences and a couple of hiccups. The staff's attentiveness and the luxurious amenities in the room truly stood out. However, I was disappointed by an unexpected charge for water that I assumed was complimentary. Overall, a solid stay with a few areas for improvement.
